With over 30 years of top-producing experience, Carolyn Faber is one of the most trusted agents in Long Beach—and it’s easy to see why. A Southern California native, she has a comprehensive knowledge of (not to mention a deep passion for) the communities she serves, including Park Estates, Bixby Hill, Naples, Spinnaker Bay, Alamitos Heights, Los Altos, El Dorado Park Estates, Belmont Heights, and Virginia Country Club. There’s nothing she loves more than introducing people to Long Beach’s unparalleled big-city amenities and friendly, small-town feel.

Carolyn’s introduction to real estate came in the form of a successful interior design venture. After earning an interior design credential from UCLA, Carolyn went on to design over 15  highly successful restaurants from conception to completion, creating everything from the design to the ambiance, to the uniforms. When her three children were young adults, Carolyn decided to switch gears and pursue a new challenge in the industry, obtaining her real estate license. 

Hardworking, ethical, and thorough, Carolyn prides herself on offering her clients expert guidance and always putting their needs first. With her varied and extensive background, she is able to offer unique strategies and creative solutions to every problem.

When Carolyn isn’t working, you can often find her spending time with her husband John,  three children, 11 grandchildren, and her Shih Tzu, Mikey. Favorite activities include hiking, being involved in local philanthropies, golfing, and boating at the Long Beach Yacht Club.
